Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily technician objectives
• Train, coach, and supervise technicians
• Communicate with team leaders on job status
• Review open repair orders daily and coordinate with dealership staff
• Perform quality inspections before vehicles are returned
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
• Follow safety procedures and GM warranty guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, assign and follow up daily work objectives with technicians
• Train, coach, supervise, monitor and assist technicians with their performance
• Communicate with team leaders to determine status of jobs
• Review open repair orders dailyCommunicate with various dealership personnel daily about open work orders
• Perform quality inspections before vehicles are returned to customers
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations
• Follow company safety procedures.
• Comply and adhere to General Motors guidelines for warranty and general repairs
