Vanguard Auto Group in Sherman, TX is seeking a high-energy sales professional with GM experience to join our team. You will assist customers, guide them through the purchase process, and build lasting relationships while explaining product performance and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years GM sales experience.
• Enthusiastic, high-energy sales attitude.

• Willingness to train other sales associates.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership.
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs.
• Develop relationships with customers and employees to enhance the sales process.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $145,000.00 plus per year based on performance

Your Responsibilities

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Your Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
• 3+ Years General Motors Sales Experience
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
• Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Bi-Lingual a plus
