Vanguard Kia in Sherman, TX is seeking energetic sales professionals to join our growing team. You will engage customers, ask insightful questions, and guide them through the purchase process to help them find the right vehicle.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and high energy in the sales environment.
• 3+ years General Motors sales experience.
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills.
• Interest in training additional sales associates in a team setting.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership.
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening to their needs.
• Work with our employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $145,000.00 plus per year based on performance

Your Responsibilities

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
