Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in restaurant management.
• Minimum 5 years in restaurant/nightclub management.
• Fluent English required; other languages a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations in line with company policies.
• Maintain professional image, cleanliness, and standards.
• Manage contracts with vendors and entertainment directors.
• Prepare ops statements and financial disclosures.
• Control inventory, labor, and cash handling; ensure deposits are secure.
• Recruit, train, and supervise management staff.
• Ensure safe working and guest environment.
• Represent the venue to community and media.
