- Assist in developing and monitoring Beach Club and Mr. Seas budgets and revenue forecasts; review financial performance, monitor all costs, and take action to correct deviations from budget.
- Maximize sales and profitability through member engagement, upselling, and F&B activations.
- Manage inventory control and ordering; uphold all cash handling, check-cashing, and credit card policies.
- Build strong member and guest relationships; resolve concerns promptly with genuine service recovery.
- Partner with the culinary team to refine menus, execute catering and member events, and ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and the kitchen.
- Build relationships with the Director of Membership, Director of Catering, and Marketing to promote and support member events.
- Inspect all front- and back-of-house areas to ensure presentation, cleanliness, and health and safety compliance.
- Drive departmental projects and operational priorities through completion.
- Partner with People and Culture on hiring, onboarding, attendance, and performance management; own associate morale.
- Lead the operation in the General Manager’s absence and progressively assume GM responsibilities.
- Communicate clearly and courteously, managing multiple requests with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum of 5 years in luxury hospitality leadership or private club leadership role.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate, Bachelor’s, or Hospitality degree or certification preferred.
- Strong background in F&B, budget and labor management, and inventory control.
