Venetian Golf Club in Venice, Florida seeks an experienced General Manager to lead all club operations and department leaders, driving an exceptional member experience and financial performance.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on, customer-focused leadership, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams across golf, dining, and member services in a private club or hospitality setting.

Formación

• Significant leadership experience in private clubs, golf clubs, resorts or service-driven environments.
• Proven senior leadership in multi-department operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, labor and operating results.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; industry certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all Club operations and department leaders.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing management team while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.
• Maintain a highly visible and engaged presence throughout the Club, building strong relationships with members and employees.
• Ensure an exceptional and consistent member experience across all areas of the Club.
• Proactively seek member feedback and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance, labor, expenses, revenue, and departmental results.
• Partner with department leaders to improve operational efficiency and overall Club performance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop department leaders while establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Promote strong communication and collaboration across all Club departments.
• Provide leadership and oversight of golf operations, food and beverage, member services, and other Club amenities.
• Oversee the overall condition, presentation, and maintenance of Club facilities and amenities.
• Partner with Heritage Golf Group leadership on strategic initiatives, capital projects, and opportunities to enhance the property.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Club policies, safety standards, and operational requirements.
