Ambrosia QSR is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team to achieve profitability. The role requires strong leadership, food safety discipline, and the ability to mentor staff while managing schedules and budgets.

The General Manager will ensure guest service standards, compliance with laws, and proactive safety practices, reporting to the District Manager and coordinating with operations leadership.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe training & certificate.
• Prior experience with a POS System.
• 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff to meet goals.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively.
• Enforce company policies and maintain accurate employee records.
• Report incidents promptly to the district manager and HR.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment free of harassment or discrimination.
• Greet guests warmly and strive to provide exceptional experiences.
• Oversee food safety and safety protocols and ensure postings are visible.
• Manage labor costs with accurate sales projections and balanced schedules.
• Ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards.
