Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen location serving multiple brands and delivery methods. You will manage a multifunctional team, align labor, safety, and compliance, and own the local P&L while driving growth and efficiency.

You will oversee operations for dine-in, pickup, and delivery, build strong partner relationships, and mentor managers in training to prepare for broader leadership roles. Experience in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in high-volume, complex operations.
• Experience driving P&L and operational metrics.
• Ability to lead cross-brand collaboration in a shared kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Manage a blended workforce of employees and contract partners; coach and develop talent.
• Own location P&L and drive labor costs, food costs, and margins with data-driven decisions.
• Grow the business by building talent pipelines and leading store openings and expansions.
• Represent Wonder and manage relationships with brand partners and vendors.
