Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen serving multiple brands and delivery methods in Fresh Meadows, NY. You will oversee a multifunctional team, drive cross-brand collaboration, and own local P&L while ensuring safety and quality across all channels.

You will manage both employees and contract partners, forecast demand, and optimize staffing to meet evolving business needs in a high-volume operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume, complex operations in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of building and managing teams.
• Demonstrated success with P&L ownership and KPI-driven results.
• Comfortable managing blended on-site and contracted staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day-to-Day Operations with Excellence across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, labor, inventory, and compliance.
• Drive labor optimization, throughput, and service execution to meet business needs.
• Own P&L and financial performance with data-informed decision making.
• Build a collaborative environment with internal and contracted teams.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop hourly employees and shift leaders.
