• Communicates trains and promotes quality standards to team members using Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
• Recommends performance actions to General Manager and fosters teamwork, energy and customer focus.
• Manages sales goals with prompt, friendly service and uses local marketing to drive revenue.
• Manages profit, controls food and labor costs, and uses PROFIT System for budgeting and cash management.
• Plans and manages inventory levels to meet demand and minimize loss, ensures safety and security.
