Books-A-Million invites you to join our GMIT program in Florida, where you will train across store operations, people leadership, and community involvement. You will learn to drive sales, manage budgets, and build a capable team under the guidance of a General Manager.

As you progress, you will gain hands-on experience in daily store management, customer service excellence, and leadership development while preparing to lead a store of your own in the future.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in retail or service leadership preferred.
• Comfort with budgets, scheduling, and performance coaching.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations as Manager On Duty under GM guidance.
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop store team through training and accountability.
• Ensure store safety, appearance, and adherence to policies.
