Job summary

Domino’s Murph is seeking candidates for General Manager in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant. The role offers a progressive training program while you work toward becoming a restaurant General Manager.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated, with responsibilities spanning operations, staffing, and customer service. Responsibilities include driving 5 Star operations, maintaining food safety, training staff, managing costs and leading by example

Qualifications

One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred.
Must be 18+ and pass background and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
Ability to work under stress, analyze data, and make decisions.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
Provide professional, enthusiastic leadership and communication for Domino’s brand.
Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up.
Ensure food safety compliance.
Train and develop Team Members.
Maintain high level of customer service; lead by example.
Protect cash, inventory and assets per company guidelines.
Open and/or close the store as needed and cover store needs.
