Domino’s Team Murph is recruiting for a General Manager in Training. The program offers progressive training toward becoming a store General Manager, in a fast-paced environment where enthusiasm, experience, and self-motivation are valued.

The role emphasizes operations control, training, customer service, and leadership to drive high performance and maintain Domino’s standards. Training path focuses on advancing through management responsibilities within a team-centric setting.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18, pass background and drug screen.
• Meet image standards; valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, analyze data, make judgments and decisions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to stand/walk up to 100% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism and communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensures proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets per company guidelines.
