Domino’s Team Murph in the United States Texas area is recruiting for General Managers in Training. This role offers a progressive training program while you work toward becoming a restaurant General Manager, in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, ready to excel in leadership, operations, and guest service as listed in the responsibilities above.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background and drug screen.
• Must meet Domino’s image standards.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, handle stress and make judgments.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; schedule subject to change.
• Be able to stand or move up to 100% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain customer service excellence and brand professionalism.
• Review daily sales, food cost, and labor; adjust and follow up.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Train Team Members and maintain store standards.
