Domino's Team Murph is seeking individuals for General Managers in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant network. You will undergo progressive training while contributing to daily operations and leadership, with a clear path to a general manager role.

The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, experienced in management, and ready to lead a team in a dynamic setting. This role involves flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Management experience preferred, especially with Domino’s.
• Must be 18+ and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with 2+ years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Oversee training of Team Members and staff development.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per company guidelines.
• Open and close store; schedule flexibility to meet store needs.
