Domino’s Team Murph is seeking individuals for General Managers in Training. The program offers progressive leadership training with the goal of becoming a restaurant General Manager in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has management experience, is enthusiastic and self-motivated, and will excel in responsibilities such as operations oversight, staff training, and maintaining customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old; pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to supervise activities, work under stress, and make judgments.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve high standards and 5 Star Status.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up.
• Ensure food safety compliance; train team members; maintain customer service levels.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets according to company guidelines.
