Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph is seeking candidates for General Managers in Training. This role offers a progressive training program toward becoming a restaurant General Manager, in a fast-growing quick service environment.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with responsibilities including managing operations, food safety, training staff, maintaining customer service, and safeguarding company assets. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with 2+ years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve high standards.
• Ensure food safety compliance and high customer service levels.
• Review sales, food cost and labor; adjust operations accordingly.
• Train and develop team members and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets in line with company policies.
