Domino’s Team Murph is seeking individuals for General Managers in Training. The program offers progressive training toward a restaurant General Manager role in a fast-growing quick service environment.

Ideal candidates are experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a track record in management, strong communication, and the ability to lead staff, control costs, and maintain safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• 18+ years old; pass background and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and make judgments.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve high standards and 5 Star Status.
• Lead and train Team Members; ensure food safety and quality.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up.
• Maintain customer service excellence and professional brand image.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
• Operate all equipment; manage inventories and paperwork.
