Domino’s Team Murph is seeking candidates for General Managers in Training. The program offers progressive training to become a restaurant General Manager, with emphasis on performance, enthusiasm, and self-motivation in a fast-growing quick service setting.

Ideal candidates have management experience, strong communication, and leadership skills, and are prepared for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Meet image standards and have a valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress and make decisions.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, some nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism and communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
