Domino’s Team Murph is seeking candidates for General Managers in Training to join a fast-growing quick-service restaurant network. This role offers a progressive training path toward becoming a restaurant GM, emphasizing leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, ready to drive 5 Star status, manage daily operations, control costs, and develop staff through hands-on training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and an insured vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand or move for up to 100% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain high level of customer service and brand representation.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper training of team members.
• Protect cash, inventory and other assets per company guidelines.
