Domino’s Team Murph is seeking candidates for General Manager in Training to join our management teams across Texas. The program offers progressive training while you work toward becoming a restaurant General Manager in a fast-growing quick service environment.

Ideal candidates are experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and team leadership in a high-volume Domino’s store.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+, pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for up to 100% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets in accordance with guidelines.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
