Domino's Team Murph is seeking candidates for a General Manager in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant. The program offers progressive training while you work toward becoming a store General Manager in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated, capable of leading teams, maintaining high standards, and delivering exceptional service while managing costs and operations.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; previous Domino's experience preferred.
• 18 years old or older; pass background and drug screen.
• Meet image standards.
• Valid driver's license with 2+ years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and handle data.
• Willingness to open/close the store, including some nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Promotes Domino's brand through professionalism and positive attitude.
• Reviews daily sales, food cost and labor; adjusts and follows up accordingly.
• Ensures food safety compliance.
• Ensures proper training of Team Members.
• Maintains high level of customer service.
• Motivates staff and leads by example.
• Protects cash, inventory, and assets according to company guidelines.
