Domino's Team Murph is seeking a General Manager in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant group. You will participate in a progressive training program while working in a dynamic environment with the goal of becoming a restaurant General Manager.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and thrives with responsibility, delivering outstanding customer service and leading a team to operate at a 5 Star standard.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old; pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to lead, analyze data, and make decisions under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Promote Domino’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Train Team Members.
• Maintain high customer service levels.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets.
