Domino's Team Murph is seeking a General Manager in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant. You will participate in a progressive training program while managing store operations and developing leadership skills in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

The role requires adapting to flexible hours, supervising teams, and driving sales while maintaining food quality and safety standards. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress and make decisions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Promotes Domino’s brand through professionalism and effective communication.
• Reviews daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensures food safety compliance.
• Ensures proper training of Team Members.
• Establishes and maintains high level of customer service.
• Motivates staff and leads by example.
• Protects cash, inventory, and other assets in accordance with guidelines.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
