Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations toward 5 Star Status.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication to enhance brand image.
• Review daily sales, food cost, and labor; adjust as needed.
• Ensure food safety compliance and training of team members.
• Establish and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Lead by example to motivate staff and protect assets.
