Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Albuquerque is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development program. You will perform management duties at a home store and may assist other locations, traveling within the market to learn from peers.

You’ll lead by example, coach teams, and help ensure top-notch food quality, customer service, and a safe store environment. Eligible candidates must be 18+, possess a high school diploma, and complete ServSafe by plan end.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Able to work early hours, including pre-dawn starts.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Travel within the market to gain broader experience.
• Lead by example; coach and train teams to deliver quality service.
• Maintain high-quality food/beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
• Assist with inventory, vendor orders, and cash management during GM plan.
