Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Rio Rancho, NM is hiring a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and advance toward ownership when a GM position becomes available.

You will manage a home location and support other bakeries in the market, traveling as needed. Expect early 3am shifts, coaching, and ongoing training to ensure quality, safety, and a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Pass background check and possess a current, valid driver's license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification must be completed by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example as a brand ambassador and provide coaching and training for teams.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling as part of the GM development plan.
• Shift start as early as 3am and handle various roles to ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment.
