Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels seeks a District Shift Leader to grow into a General Manager role. You will perform management duties at a home location, and support other bakeries in the market to gain independence under mentorship.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, ensuring food quality, scheduling, and inventory/cash management training as you progress toward a GM position when available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver's license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already possessed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach teams across shifts.
• Be a brand ambassador and ensure high quality food and service.
• Oversee store opening duties and inventory management.
• Support other locations in the market as needed and prepare for eventual GM promotion.
