Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan at the Albuquerque market. You will lead day-to-day operations at the home location and support other bakeries as needed, with shifts starting as early as 3am.

This role offers hands-on leadership, coaching, and training across multiple sites, plus inventory and cash-handling responsibilities. It also provides a clear GM promotion path when available and requires ServSafe certification by program

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at the home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for team members.
• Participate in the GM development plan with the aim of future General Manager promotion.
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage service and a safe, clean store environment.
