Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Albuquerque seeks a District Shift Leader candidate to participate in a General Manager development plan, with the goal of owning a bakery in the future when a GM position opens. You will gain experience by leading shifts starting as early as 3am, coaching teams, and ensuring food quality and a safe, clean store environment.

The role requires leadership experience, flexibility with hours, and completion of ServSafe Certification by program’s end.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends (starting as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan, if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, and ensure high quality food and service.
• Future promotion to General Manager within the market when available.
