Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels seeks a District Shift Leader on a GM development track. You will start with store leadership at a home location, then assist other bakeries in the market, and prepare for a future General Manager role.

Expect early shifts starting around 3am, coaching teams, and rotating duties to maintain high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment. A strong leadership mindset and ServSafe readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Provide coaching and training to team members.
• Assist GM with inventory tracking, vendor orders, scheduling and cost controls.
• Prepare for eventual promotion to General Manager.
