Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and learn the duties of a bakery leader. You will support multiple locations, lead by example, and coach teams to deliver high-quality food and service.

The role requires early starts around 3am, travel within the market, and readiness to assume GM responsibilities when opportunities arise. This is a growth-focused path within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, act as a brand ambassador, and provide coaching and training for teams.
• Participate in the GM development plan to prepare for a General Manager role.
• Shifts start as early as 3am to ensure bakery opening and product quality.
