Big Red F Restaurant Group in Boulder, CO is seeking an experienced General Manager in Development to co-lead an existing Front Range restaurant while preparing to run a newly created unit as growth opportunities arise.

This role blends hospitality leadership with financial oversight, staff development, events and catering know-how, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality in a busy dining room.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a hospitality management or restaurant leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of restaurant managers to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
• Co-lead daily operations in a Front Range restaurant and prepare to open and manage a new unit as growth creates opportunities.
• Oversee budgets, P&L, menu costing, and scheduling to support business goals.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff; maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
