Big Red F Restaurant Group in Boulder, Colorado is seeking a Manager in Development to join our leadership team. You will lead in developing locations or serve as AGM/GM (DOE) across brands (West End Tavern, Centro, The Post, Jax Fish House).

We value hospitality excellence and a passion for guest experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality management, strong team leadership, and a hands-on approach to events, catering, and multi-faceted operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a hospitality management or restaurant leadership role.
• Experience with events, catering and a multi faceted operation is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of restaurant managers who exhibit hospitality and professional excellence.
• Develop and grow leadership across brands/locations available within the group.
• Oversight of new developing locations or serving as AGM/GM (DOE) at Boulder locations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
