Big Red F Restaurant Group in Boulder seeks a passionate hospitality leader for a Manager in Development. You will guide a team of restaurant managers across brands, driving exceptional guest experiences and financial discipline in a dynamic, growing group.

The role requires 5+ years in restaurant leadership, adaptability for nights/weekends, and a drive to mentor and grow teams. Opportunities to move into AGM/GM roles across locations exist as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a hospitality management or restaurant leadership role.
• Ability to develop and lead a crew of restaurant managers.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and cocktails a plus; training helps lea dership.
• TIPS, ServSafe Manager certification (we’ll provide training).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-brand management team across Boulder locations.
• Oversee guest experience, events, catering and staff development to ensure exceptional hospitality.
• Partner with operations to manage budgets, schedules and guest-centric service standards.
• Champion a culture of learning, accountability and community engagement.
