Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management or restaurant leadership.
• Strong leadership presence and staffing development skills.
• Understanding of weekly budgets, P&Ls, and costed menus.
• TIPS and ServSafe Manager certifications preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Co-manage a Front Range restaurant in a Co-GM capacity, alongside an established GM.
• Lead operations, hospitality, and financial performance while building teams.
• Develop staff, uphold high standards of service and world‑class hospitality.
• Contribute to growth strategies and opportunities for new openings.
