Big Red F Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced General Manager in Development to join our Front Range restaurants in a Co-GM capacity, working alongside an established GM as we grow. You will help shape our culture, lead teams, and prepare to helm a new growth location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a hospitality management or restaurant leadership role.
• Ability to lead a crew of restaurant managers who exhibit hospitality, diligence and teamwork.
• TIPS and ServSafe Manager training available through BRF.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of restaurant managers in a busy, hospitality-focused environment.
• Oversee guest experience with exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.
• Assist in budgeting, menu planning and weekly financials to drive profitability.
