Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to deliver a welcoming guest experience, assist shoppers, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help with stocking, pricing, and signage, while maintaining safety and adherence to policies.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and assist with finding products or resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience
• Assist peers and support store operations to achieve business goals
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, and maintain merch set up
• Operate any power equipment if certified and follow safety procedures
• Follow Target policies and safety procedures and report hazards
• Support guest services and digital fulfillment processes as needed
• Perform other duties based on business needs
