Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to help guests have an easy, inspired shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist in locating products, and maintain the sales floor and backroom with attention to price signs and stock levels.

The position requires teamwork, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Training is provided, with emphasis on guest service and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail fundamentals including sales trends and replenishment.
• Ability to deliver a guest-first experience on the sales floor.
• Comfort with flexible hours and physical work.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, friendly guest experience and greet customers.
• Restock shelves and organize backroom, maintain signage and pricing.
• Assist with digital fulfillment and back-up cashier duties.
• Follow safety policies and operate equipment when certified.
