Job summary

Sloomoo Inc. seeks a General Manager to launch and run the daily operations of our experience venue in Houston.

You will lead a 40+ person team across guest services, production, and retail, while managing a multi-million-dollar budget and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role requires a strong focus on people, process, and performance, with a passion for joy, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational management within a guest-facing operation.
• Budgetary and line management experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility.
• Develop and manage multi-million-dollar budget, forecast and profitability.
• Manage floor manager, production, retail store manager, and staff.
• Manage procurement and inventory.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure staff follow SOPs.
• Maintain brand integrity throughout the experience.
• Provide leadership and line management to the Sloomoo Inc. team.
