Qualifications

• Experience in operational management within guest-facing operations.
• Budgetary and line-item management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility and manage multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Lead floor managers, production, retail store manager, and staff.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and SOP development and compliance.
• Ensure brand integrity and guest experience standards across the site.
• Provide leadership to Sloomoo Inc. team and plan staffing for new developments.
