Job summary

Lenovo seeks a senior manager to lead Worldwide Workstation Operations & Activation, translating strategy into executable plans across NA/LA, EMEA, AP, and PRC. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align joint go-to-market plans with alliance partners, and drive growth initiatives with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.

You will own the global activation framework, establish planning standards, and manage the integrated business plan and calendar, while partnering with Finance

Qualifications

• 8+ years in global business management or related tech operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead WW Workstation business operations and activation across geographies.
• Establish global activation framework and planning standards.
• Own integrated WW Workstation business plan and calendar.
• Lead forecast/outlook with Finance and Geo Leadership.
• Drive performance management and recovery actions.
• Improve global operations framework with KPI definitions and escalations.
• Coordinate priorities from multiple stakeholders into one agenda per geo.
• Ensure high-impact initiatives with clear ownership and milestones.
• Partner with 4P and Sales to align activation priorities.
• Lead alliance engagement and joint go-to-market programs.
• Run monthly and quarterly business and activation reviews.
