Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree plus 5 years in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Education, Visual Communications, or equivalent
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Proficient in Camtasia or Adobe Premiere
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Proficient in video and audio editing
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and manage training materials across safety topics
• Oversee course content and scheduling within the LMS
• Maintain and monitor all course content, assessments, and reporting data in LMS
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs
• Evaluate existing training and identify opportunities for improvement
• Leverage technology to enhance learner access and just-in-time learning
