Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience.
• 8+ years of learning design, learning science, instructional design, or related field experience.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools to streamline content creation.
• Demonstrated experience leading learning projects and mentoring junior designers, collaborating cross-functionally with SMEs, product managers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Needs analysis to scope curriculum requirements and identify performance gaps.
• Apply ADDIE framework across all phases from scoping to delivery.
• Certification exam item writing using psychometric principles.
• Develop interactive eLearning modules and knowledge checks.
• Storyboard content structure, visual direction, and interactivity.
• Scripting for video and audio narration with visual recommendations.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and alignment with updates.
• Translate content for diverse audiences and audit existing material.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across concurrent projects.
• Analyze learner data to improve content effectiveness.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content creation and production efficiency.
