Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer for Certification & eLearning to develop exam content and self-paced courses for the Growth Marketing Education team. You will apply ADDIE to create assessments and interactive modules that empower advertisers, partners, and internal teams to master Amazon Ads products.

The role combines strong instructional design with certification expertise and uses AI to accelerate content creation at scale, impacting multiple audiences

Qualifications

8+ years of design experience.
8+ years of learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or related field experience.
Experience leveraging Generative AI tools to streamline content creation, scripting, and ideation.
Demonstrated experience leading learning projects and mentoring junior designers with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Needs analysis and scope curriculum requirements.
Guide all ADDIE phases from scoping to delivery and iteration.
Write certification exam items using psychometric principles.
Develop interactive eLearning modules with knowledge checks and practice assessments.
