Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Workplace Project Manager to turn workplace playbooks into delivered projects—office moves, openings, and global initiatives. You will own scope, schedule, and budget for each program and drive from kickoff to close.

You'll lead global initiatives such as health & safety, design standards, and sustainability, coordinating with Security, HR, Legal, and regional leads to align with standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management, with cross-functional experience.
• Strong ability to design programs and build playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets across global programs and playbooks.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, and AV to ensure day-one readiness and standards.
• Lead global special projects such as health & safety, design standards, WVPPs, and sustainability.
• Own vendor contracts and manage relationships across regions, ensuring timely delivery.
