Job summary

BRG is seeking a Workplace Project Manager to lead office projects from planning through occupancy, coordinating architects, contractors, furniture and technology. You will manage budgets, schedules, risks and all stakeholder communications across a global portfolio.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong ownership. 25-50% travel internationally is required, and the role offers significant visibility within BRG's Workplace team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8+ years in workplace, CRE, construction, interiors, facilities, or related PM fields.
• Experience managing commercial office projects from planning through completion.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace projects from planning through occupancy, including expansions, relocations and renovations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, furniture vendors, tech providers, landlords and internal stakeholders.
• Lead procurement, including proposals, bid evaluation, scope, contracts and vendor negotiations.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction, furniture installations, tech deployments, commissioning, move management and closeout.
• Review plans and construction documents to validate requirements and support decisions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with objectives.
