Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to join our Corporate IT team and own Workday HCM, integrations, and security architecture.

As Harvey grows rapidly, you will ensure our HR systems are scalable, secure, and connected to our broader tech stack, configuring advanced business processes and managing security models.

This role partners with People Operations, Security, Data Eng, and Finance, leads release cycles, and supports our global expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and administration.
• Proven experience designing, building, and managing Workday integration architecture (EIBs, Core Connectors, API).
• Extensive knowledge of Workday security configuration (domain/business process security, RBAC, audit).
• Advanced proficiency in Workday BPF configuration (condition rules, notifications, routing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to explain technical concepts.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• HCM configuration and support of core HR data, org structures, and worker lifecycles.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot Workday integrations to connect with downstream systems.
• Own Workday security configuration and ensure audit-ready compliance.
• Configure and deploy complex business processes and approval routings.
• Partner with People Operations, Security, Data Eng, and Finance to align requirements.
• Manage Workday release cycles, testing, and production deployments.
