Job summary

Mirakl’s 6-month Workplace Operations Co‑op in Boston supports office logistics, events, and employee experience across global offices. You’ll manage front desk operations, assist with facilities builds, and help bring our brand to life in the workplace.

Based in Boston, you’ll gain hands-on experience in corporate real estate, facilities, and event production, with mentorship from the Director of People and collaboration across the People team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program and eligible for a co‑op; available full‑time and in person in Boston for the whole co‑op period.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace operations across AMER and APAC offices and coordinate virtual support.
• Assist with office logistics, events, and culture-focused projects.
• Track budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement needs.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to automate admin tasks using AI tools.
