Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a 6-month co-op in the Mirakl Revenue Operations - AMER team based in Boston. As a student in Northeastern's coop program, you will help source and enrich Account/Contact data, assist in building trackers and forecasting models, and identify operational bottlenecks to improve GTM efficiency.

This internship fosters hands-on experience in SaaS marketplaces and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a related bachelor’s or master’s program.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, data analytics and GTM tools is preferred.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Help source and upload net new Account and Contact data with focus on quality, hygiene and enrichment.
• Support trackers and forecasting models to predict sales performance and pipeline health.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operations to drive productivity and scale.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities and GTM execution.
